CREMORNE - A Studio Minosa Home, Ready to Be Experienced

June 26, 2026
Our Cremorne waterfront residence has come to market, creating a rare opportunity to experience a completed Studio Minosa project beyond the screen.
There is a distinct difference between seeing a home in photographs and stepping inside it.

Images can capture the drama of an outlook, the detail in a stone selection or the precision of a beautifully resolved kitchen. But they cannot fully convey the way a home moves: the quietness of a concealed door closing, the warmth of layered lighting at the end of the day, or the way a view is framed from a particular seat.

Set across five levels, this Cremorne home was designed as a place that reveals itself gradually. Through planning, materiality and moments of surprise, it was created not simply to be admired, but to be lived in deeply over time.
The ambition was to create a waterfront residence that could hold many versions of life: entertaining friends, quiet family dinners, long weekends, guests staying over, moments of retreat and moments of celebration. Every space needed to work hard, while still feeling calm, refined and effortless.

At its heart is the kitchen and living zone, designed for gathering rather than simply cooking. The main kitchen is open and composed, with a concealed scullery behind Rimadesio sliding doors. This allows the practical side of entertaining to disappear when needed, keeping the main room ready for family life or guests. A pop-down splashback cabinet adds another layer of flexibility, allowing the kitchen to shift easily between working mode and entertaining mode.

Across the home, public and private spaces are carefully balanced. Multiple dining and living areas create options for different occasions, while bedrooms, bathrooms and retreat spaces are given the same level of consideration as the main entertaining zones.
The master suite, gym and wellness spaces extend the idea that this is a home designed around lifestyle rather than a checklist of rooms. Throughout the planning, sightlines, materials and lighting were used to ensure the five levels feel connected rather than fragmented.

That is what makes a home like this difficult to fully understand through images alone.
Visiting in person offers the chance to see the quality of the joinery, the precision of the detailing and the way materials carry from one room to the next. It is an opportunity to understand how concealed storage works in practice, how lighting changes the mood of a room and how thoughtful planning can make a substantial home feel effortless.

For those considering a renovation, new build or significant interior project, this is also a chance to see what it means to design for people and place. Not design for a photograph or a trend, but design that considers how a home will feel on an ordinary Tuesday morning, a busy Saturday night or a quiet Sunday by the water.

Our Cremorne project has always been a home that rewards time. The longer you spend in it, the more you notice: hidden functions, fine transitions and the moments where practicality and beauty sit comfortably together.
Now, as it comes to market, it offers something rare: the ability to walk through a Studio Minosa home and experience the difference that considered design can make.
